Museo Casa Kahlo 2025Pentagram TypefaceAbbott Miller and his team at Pentagram tasked me with designing a custom typeface for the Museo Casa Kahlo, based on Frida’s early handwritten notes from 1926.
The typeface attempts to embody the spirit of Frida’s work through a veristile system of OpenType features; swashes, contextual alternates, while balancing the austeer wide letterforms.
